Aloha Karen.

Just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful 2 weeks. Your landscaping is amazing & so beautiful. I'm not sure which of the plants filled the house with it's wonderful fragrance each morning after the rain, but we loved that!

"Very quiet, private and comfortable. The full kitchen helped us save mucho money by making our own picnic lunches. Eating out every day for breakfast would have been pricey, too. The full tub in the bathroom helped me with my sore back (airplane seats are the worst). The beds are really good. Ceiling fans in most of the rooms, too - very nice for the jet-lagged afternoon nap. It's obvious the owners didn't scrimp when it came to the creature comforts. There is a deck off the kitchen which has a really nice view. I guess I was most impressed by how quiet it was, after the hustle and bustle of most of the towns and tourist sites. I really liked the east and north coasts of Kauai best, so Kau Hale was a short drive home at the end of the day. Nice. The flower and plant garden there is real eye candy. The place is on the back side of the "Sleeping Giant" mountain, so there's no light pollution (I like watching the stars). Like most visitors, we spent a lot of our time roaming around the island in our rental car, but Kau Hale was a peaceful place to rest and process what we had experienced."

Mahalo Karen for being the one that you are and focusing the energy to create this wonderful Kau Hale. During our month here we have been able to relax and heal and enjoy the beauty and restorative energy of this island.
We look forward to staying in touch with you and returning as soon as possible to enjoy some more and move forward in our next steps for a 24/7 healing and holy life. Aloha until we meet again.

Karen,
This is such a lovely spot. I felt completely at home. Thank you so much for letting me stay at such short notice. I will be sure to recommend this place to anyone I know heading in this direction. Good luck with the garden.

Aloha Karen,
This place is going to be in my heart forever. It was a blessing in my life experience.
To be alone here for 40 days was a good medicine for my inner connection and my rebirth. This nature and the energy of here is wonderful.
And I am very happy that I still have 21 more days to be with my love and share this beautiful Land of Mist with him. I am very grateful for everything.

What a peaceful place here at Land of Mist Kau Hale! We were greeted with warm smiles and fresh papaya- yum! The suggestion of Thai food at Mema’s was perfect! We wake up to chirping birds, happy roosters, and soft falling rain- so peaceful. Kau Hale really set the tone for a calm, relaxing honeymoon in Kauai. Many happy returns! Mahalo.

Karen-
Thanks so much for letting me share your beautiful home for a time. The cottage is charming and lovely and it’s obvious you’ve put a lot of care into making it a wonderful “home away from home”.

I’ve brought you a “house warming” gift from Tahos. Perhaps not the most practical gift in that it’s metal, but Paulo Solari bells are well known and have brought good luck to many homes. And the arosantic concepts of caring for the environment seem to fit right into your philosophy. I wish you much success in your new venture, and hope to return again.
